By using the mindbody.com.ua website, you accept the terms of this public offer agreement. If you disagree with any of its provisions, please do not place an order.

1. General Provisions

MIND BODY is a Ukrainian premium apparel brand for yoga, gymnastics and active everyday life. The trademark owner operates as a registered business entity under the laws of Ukraine.

2. Orders

• Orders are placed through the cart on the website or via messengers.
• After placing an order, you receive a confirmation by email or in a messenger.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order if an item is out of stock or in case of suspicious activity.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴) and include taxes. Payment is accepted online (Visa/Mastercard card, Apple Pay, Google Pay — where available) or by cash on delivery upon receipt.

4. Delivery

Delivery across Ukraine is provided by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. For details, see the Delivery and Payment page. Free delivery on orders over 2000₴.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided that its merchantable condition, tags and branded packaging are preserved. For details, see the return policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, designs and the MIND BODY logo are protected by copyright. Use of the website materials without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

MIND BODY is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product, failure to follow the care instructions (see Product Care) or force majeure circumstances.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the website after changes take effect, you accept the new version.
