Return conditions
- Time frame: 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt.
- Item condition: new, unworn, with all tags and the original packaging.
- Receipt/confirmation: your order number or the email used to place the order.

What can't be returned
- Underwear and swimwear — for hygiene reasons.
- Items with signs of wear or washing, or without tags.
- Items bought under a special “no returns” promotion (indicated on the product page).
Exchange
You can exchange for another size, color or a model of the same price. If the new model costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund the difference.
